Maze sits in the heart of Port Richmond — a secured, self-contained building designed for people who make things. It’s not a big box with rooms to rent; it’s a space built around how artists actually work. The DJ Room is the beating heart of the building: a fully-equipped space available by the hour for practice, set recording, and lessons with Maze’s team of instructors. In the building a private monthly studio gives a smaller group of tenants a space to call their own — currently full, with a waitlist for anyone looking to get in. The whole building is secured and monitored, with street parking on-site, so the people inside can focus on what they came to do.

Maze is home to 15 private studio suites designed for working creatives who need a dedicated place to make their best work. Whether you’re a producer building beats late into the night, a mixing engineer who needs a consistent listening environment, or a photographer looking for a reliable home base, Maze gives you a space that’s truly yours, without the commitment of a traditional commercial lease.

Built for a Range of Creatives

Suites range from 170 to 360 square feet, so there’s a fit for how you work, from compact rooms ideal for solo producers and engineers to larger spaces suited for photo and video shoots, podcast setups, and broadcast work.

Please note: We are not currently accepting applications for commercial recording studios or bands.

CDJ ROOM

Practice like you play. The CDJ Room at Maze is a fully equipped DJ space built for DJs who want to sharpen their skills on club-standard gear, without needing to own a full setup at home.

What type of equipment is included?

Our Dj room includes 2 CDJ 3000, DJM A9 Mixer, and a fully stacked PA and lighting system.

What do I need to bring with me?

DJ booth: Headphones and maybe some friends.

How Many people Can I bring with me to the DJ booth?

6 people max can fit the smaller room ( 175 SQFT )

What if I need help during the session?

We’re happy to help! Feel free to text us at 215-261-2255. We’ll have our studio manager reach out to you.

Are Studio visits available?

Is there parking ?

We have convenient street parking in front of the building and on both adjacent streets. Parking is free after 6 on weekdays and after 10 on weekends. (Sundays are free)

What are the hours?

The space is available 24/7, however there may be a delay in phone response after 12am and before 9am.
